01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to bji baji. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bji baji website and mobile application (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any bonus-specific terms. Where there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, these Terms take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bji baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bji baji does not permit access to or use of the Platform by anyone under 18 years old.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details.

bji baji may request supporting documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your account credentials with anyone else.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bji baji support immediately. We will investigate all reported breaches as a priority, but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.

bji baji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required to comply with applicable rules or policies. In cases of account closure where no breach has occurred, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

04 Deposits & Payments

bji baji accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Deposits are typically credited to your bji baji account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit has not appeared in your account after a reasonable time, please contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• bji baji does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made via a payment method that cannot be verified may be held pending investigation.
• bji baji reserves the right to decline deposits from payment methods it cannot verify or that are flagged for irregular activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the payment terms and verification requirements in place at the time of the request. Before a withdrawal can be approved, your account must be fully verified and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, bji baji will contact you to arrange an alternative method. Third-party withdrawals — meaning payments to accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bji baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback, and cricket-season specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is live.

General bonus conditions that apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a valid account and completed any required verification steps.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or applied retroactively to bets already placed.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bji baji are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport, or game in question. Rules for each betting market are accessible within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error, bji baji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals, and other international series — follows the official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned or postponed matches are handled according to the specific market rules.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a match at bji baji's discretion.
• Casino and slots outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of personal expectation.

bji baji reserves the right to limit the stake size or frequency of bets placed by any individual player without providing a reason, particularly where irregular betting patterns are identified.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bji baji. Engaging in any of the behaviour listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and being permanently banned from the Platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in any betting market or game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage the Platform's systems, software, or data.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.

bji baji actively monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. All investigations are conducted fairly and players are given the opportunity to respond before any final decision is made.

09 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to sublicense, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform commercially.

11 Limitation of Liability

bji baji provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure access, we cannot guarantee that the Platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted, bji baji shall not be liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, connection issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• Losses caused by a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on the Platform that is subject to real-time changes, such as live odds or game results.

In all cases where bji baji is found to have direct liability, the maximum amount recoverable shall not exceed the net deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data
